Shri Vallabhpith Kumbh Mahaparva Samiti has kept up its reputation and hard work to serve all vaishnavas and aastik hindus in way of providing facilities and help. Shri Vallabhpith Kumbh Mahaparva Samiti has got an overwhelming response from one and all alike. It is also being largely represented as the organization on behalf of "SHRI VALLABHACHARYA PUSHTIMARG - VAISHNAV SAMPRADAYA". Lately, on the 8th of August, 2003 the head of the PUROHIT SANGHA Shri Satish Shukla along with the corresponding governing bodies of the RAMKUND (the place of the "holy bath") cordially invited Shri Vallabhyuvraj H. H. 108 Goswami Shri Pareshkumarji ( Shri Raghunathji ) Bawasaheb to perform the POOJAN of Shri Gangaji at Ramkund. Shri Vallabhpith Kumbh Mahaparva Samiti accepted the invitation. With an overcrowded and highly enthusiastic "vaishnav samaj" a procession was carried out, similar to a one that will be carried out on the 27th of August, 2003 (the day of "SHAAHI SNAAN"), upto the Godavari Tirthsnaan Ramkund place. Here Shri Vallabhyuvraj H. H. 108 Goswami Shri Pareshkumarji ( Shri Raghunathji ) Bawasaheb performed aarti of Shri Gangaji with all Brahmins chanting Shlokas and Mantras. All local and some national news channels covered the event. "The aarti preformed is one of the most splendid & memorable till date" - and that is not only what we say but also a local "gaur" (Brahmin) from Ramkund. After the poojan Shri Vallabhyuvraj H. H. 108 Goswami Shri Pareshkumarji ( Shri Raghunathji ) Bawasaheb were honoured by the present auhtorities and Brahmins. Then the yatra was reverted to Shri Vallabhpith Shri Mahaprabhuji Baithakji (actually a two minute walk from Ramkund) with "jai-ghosh" of Shri Mahaprabhuji. Describing the response from the media a report translated is " With chants of SHRI RAM, crouches blowing, and Brahmins chanting sholakas - this was the 'bhaktimaya' manner in which Shrimad Vallabhacharya Pith's, from the 36th Baithakiji of Shri Mahaprabhji, Shri Vallabhpithadhishwar Pareshkumarji Mavashri performed aarti at the Ganga " (reports attached).
